Round Two. Internal And External Applications To be considered, an external candidate must submit the completed District application form no later than May 15th. If an internal candidate was not selected during the first round of summer school employment for the upcoming summer school, the unit member may be considered during this second round of summer school employment. During this second round, no later than May 15th, the District shall send the unit member an e-mail message asking whether or not the unit member continues to seek employment for the upcoming summer school. To be considered during the second round, the unit member must respond to the District no later than May 15th.

Round Two. Prior to Round Two, the Board agrees, as a courtesy, to provide to the local unit of OECTA, a copy of the projected school organizational model and the list of Round Two vacancies. By June 4, a second list of vacancies resulting from the placement of Teachers in the Round One positions will be posted throughout the system. All Teachers who have completed their probationary period, and probationary Teachers who have been declared surplus, may apply for a Round Two vacancy, indicating their preference in ranked order, by June 11. By June 15, Teachers will be placed to the Round Two vacancies in accordance with the principles of 16.01(b)(i)(aa). Subject to 16.01(b)(i)(hh), Teachers who decline a Round Two transfer shall remain in their original schools.
Round Two. Upon completion of Round One above, the Company will post the vacation calendar. The Company will hand out to all full-time employees the vacation request form, for them to submit their choices of the balance of their vacation throughout the upcoming vacation year, including remaining available weeks in prime time. Employees who do not respond within seven (7) calendar days will lose their seniority for the purposes of scheduling vacation.
Round Two. By June 1st, the Board shall post all known vacancies and other available teaching positions for the ensuing academic year, any unfilled vacancies from Round One, and any vacancies resulting from teachers accepting a Round One posting. These shall be filled according to the procedure outlined in Article 34.05 a).
Round Two a. Employees shall be permitted to select additional weeks, up to the two or three weeks as provided in the National Agreement Section 3.D. providing these bid weeks are available on the leave board and employee will have sufficient leave.
Round Two. A person may sign up for additional vacation hours if they have additional accrued hours still available Sign up is not mandatory during round two. Vacation accruals must be earned prior to use. Employees are not authorized to have a negative vacation accrual at any time. For special circumstances or unforeseen situations, upon written request, the Public Safety Director may approve vacations that do not conform to this section. The Public Safety Director retains the right to deny the vacation period requested by an employee, or require that an employee reschedule a scheduled vacation when the Public Safety Director determines that doing so is in the interests of the service of the Department, in which case the Department will work with the employee to schedule alternative dates for his/her vacation.

The Assuming Institution shall give written notice to the Receiver within the option period of its election to purchase or not to purchase any of the owned Bank Premises.   • First Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2017, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two percent (2.0%), rounded to the nearest cent. The compensation grids for classes covered by this Agreement are contained in Appendix E-1. Employees shall convert to the new compensation grid as provided in Section 2.

  • Multiple Vendor Awards TIPS reserves the right to award multiple vendor contracts for categories when deemed in the best interest of the TIPS membership. Bidders scoring 80% or above will be considered for an award. Categories are established at the discretion of TIPS. State of Texas Franchise Tax By signature hereon, the bidder hereby certifies that he/she is not currently delinquent in the payment of any franchise taxes owed the State of Texas under Chapter 171, Tax Code.

  • Toll-Free Number The Contractor shall provide a toll-free telephone number for Authorized User usage which must be staffed at a minimum from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST Monday through Friday. This information is set forth in Appendix G.

  • Pre-Closing Option Provided that the Recipient satisfies the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Recipient may elect to have Funds delivered by the OPWC to the Title Agent prior to Closing, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Escrow Agreement. Recipient shall make such election, if at all, by delivering to the OPWC a Disbursement Request Form and Certification in the form of Appendix E to this Agreement (the "Disbursement Request"), which shall identify the Title Agent as payee and shall be delivered after the Recipient's receipt of a Notice to Proceed and not more than sixty (60) days prior to Closing. The OPWC shall then deliver to the Title Agent Funds to be disbursed under this Agreement for the land acquisition, which Funds may be held, together with the Matching Funds, in an account subject to the terms and conditions of the Escrow Agreement. Any interest that accrues thereon shall be used by the Recipient for settlement costs. If the interest paid on such escrow account exceeds the settlement costs to be paid by the Recipient, then such funds shall be applied to the Cost of Project. If all of the conditions to the release of Funds set forth in the Escrow Agreement have been satisfied, the Title Agent shall release the escrowed Funds at Closing and apply the same to the land acquisition costs in accordance herewith and the settlement statement executed and delivered at the Closing. After Closing, the Recipient may request additional disbursements of Funds available under this Agreement relating to the land acquisition, including costs incurred in connection with appraisal of the Land, closing costs, title search, environmental assessments and other eligible costs. Within sixty (60) days of Closing, the Recipient shall deliver to the OPWC, or shall cause the Title Agent to deliver to the OPWC, a copy of the recorded Deed Restrictions and deed, or other instrument appropriate for the interest in the Land, and the executed settlement statement. If the Recipient does not close within thirty (30) days of disbursement, the Recipient must contact the OPWC immediately.
