Common use of Postponement of meetings Clause in Contracts

Postponement of meetings. The Secretary or any Director may postpone any general meeting called in accordance with the provisions of these Bye-laws (other than a meeting requisitioned under these Bye-laws) provided that notice of postponement is given to each Member entitled to vote thereat as at the relevant record date determined pursuant to Bye-law 61 before the time for such meeting. Fresh notice of the date, time and place for the postponed meeting shall be given to each Member entitled to vote thereat as at the relevant record date determined pursuant to Bye-law 61 in accordance with the provisions of these Bye-laws.
