Assumed Contracts The term "Assumed Contracts" shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(e).
Permits and Licenses The Contractor shall observe and comply with all laws, rules, and regulations affecting services under this Agreement. The Contractor shall procure and keep in full force and effect during the term of this Agreement all permits and licenses necessary to accomplish the Work contemplated in this Agreement. Covered Contracts and Contractors If the Contract exceeds $100,000 and the Contractor employed more than 40 full-time employees on a single working day during the previous 12 months in Minnesota or in the state where it has its principle place of business, then the Contractor must comply with the requirements of Minnesota Statute § 363A.36 and Minnesota Rule Parts 5000.3400-5000.3600. A Contractor covered by Minnesota Statute § 363A.36 because it employed more than 40 full-time employees in another state and does not have a certificate of compliance, must certify that it is in compliance with federal affirmative action requirements.
SUB-CONTRACTS (a) The Servicer may sub-contract or delegate the performance of all or any of its powers and obligations under this Agreement, provided that (but subject to Section 3.2(b)):
Contracts with Subcontractors a. Grantee may enter into contracts with subcontractors unless restricted or otherwise prohibited in the Contract.
Continuing Contracts a. A continuing contract is a contract which shall remain in effect until the teacher resigns, elects to retire, or until it is terminated or suspended; and shall be granted only to teachers qualified, as described below, holding Professional, Permanent or Life Certificates or a Professional Educator License. The certificates must be in the field being taught. Holders of a Professional Educator License must also meet either of the following:
Permits, Licenses, and Inspections The Owner shall cooperate with the Contractor in obtaining building and other permits, licenses, and inspections. See also Subparagraph 2.1.2.2.3 and Article 2.1.5.
Existing Contracts Billing terms and provisions contained in existing contracting entity agreements (existing as of the date this policy is approved by the Board of Supervisors) shall remain in effect for the life of the contract. However, when these existing contracts are renegotiated, they shall contain the billing provisions as set forth in this policy.
Contracts and Subgrants Grantee may not, without Agency’s prior written consent, enter into any contracts or subgrants for any of the Project activities required of Grantee under this Grant. Agency’s consent to any contract or subgrant will not relieve Grantee of any of its duties or obligations under this Grant.
