Potential Inaccurate Estimates of Loss Rates/Payback Periods. The expected returns of the Partnership are sensitive to the loss rates experienced by the Partnership’s advance and loan portfolio. Should loss rates exceed the Partnership’s estimates, the bad debt reserve may be insufficient to cover these losses. This would result in a potential loss of capital for the Partnership and could cause actual returns of the portfolio to differ significantly from expected returns. Additionally, if forecasted payback periods differ significantly from actual payback periods, the returns of the Partnership may differ significantly from expected returns.

  • Preliminary Cost Estimates The Engineer shall develop a preliminary cost estimate using the Average Low Bid Unit Price. The Engineer shall estimate the total project cost including preliminary engineering, final engineering, right-of-way (ROW) acquisition, environmental compliance and mitigation, construction, utility relocation, and construction engineering inspection (CEI).

  • Volume Estimate The estimated volumes of timber by species designated for cutting under B2.3 and expected to be cut under Utilization Standards are listed in A2. If Sale Area Map indicates that there are incom- pletely Marked subdivisions, the objective of Forest Ser- vice shall be to designate for cutting in such subdivisions sufficient timber so that Sale Area shall yield the ap- proximate estimated volume by species or species groups stated in A2. However, the estimated volumes stated in A2 are not to be construed as guarantees or limitations of the timber volumes to be designated for cut- ting under the terms of this contract. Volume adjustments shall not be made under this Section after there is modification for Catastrophic Dam- age under B8.32.

  • Cost Estimates If this Agreement pertains to the design of a public works project, CONSULTANT shall submit estimates of probable construction costs at each phase of design submittal. If the total estimated construction cost at any submittal exceeds ten percent (10%) of CITY’s stated construction budget, CONSULTANT shall make recommendations to CITY for aligning the PROJECT design with the budget, incorporate CITY approved recommendations, and revise the design to meet the Project budget, at no additional cost to CITY.

  • Preliminary Cost Estimate Consulting Engineer/Architect shall furnish City an estimate of probable Construction Cost based on the preliminary design. Consulting Engineer/Architect's estimate of probable Construction Cost is to be made on the basis of Consulting Engineer/Architect's experience and qualifications and represent Consulting Engineer/Architect's best judgment as an experienced and qualified design professional, familiar with the construction industry.

CAISO Monthly Billed Fuel Cost Equation C2-1 = Billable MWh ◆ Steam Price ($/MWh) Where: • Steam Price is $16.34/MWh. • For purposes of Equation C2-1, Billable MWh is all Billable MWh Delivered after cumulative Hourly Metered Total Net Generation during the Contract Year from all Units exceeds the Minimum Annual Generation given by Equation C2-2. Equation C2-2 Minimum Annual Generation = (Annual Average Field Capacity ◆ 8760 hours ◆ 0.4) - (A+B+C) Where: • Annual Average Field Capacity is the arithmetic average of the two Field Capacities in MW for each Contract Year, determined as described below. Field Capacity shall be determined for each six-month period from July 1 through December 31 of the preceding calendar year and January 1 through June 30 of the Contract Year. Field Capacity shall be the average of the five highest amounts of net generation (in MWh) simultaneously achieved by all Units during eight-hour periods within the six-month period. Within 30 days after the end of each six-month period, Owner shall provide CAISO and the Responsible Utility with its determination of Field Capacity, including all information necessary to validate that determination. • A is the amount of Energy that cannot be produced (as defined below) due to the curtailment of a Unit during a test of the Facility, a Unit or the steam field agreed to by CAISO and Owner. • B is the amount of Energy that cannot be produced (as defined below) due to the retirement of a Unit or due to a Unit’s Availability remaining at zero after a period of ten Months during which the Unit’s Availability has been zero. • C is the amount of Energy that cannot be produced (as defined below) because a Force Majeure Event reduces a Unit’s Availability to zero for at least thirty (30) days or because a Force Majeure Event reduces a Unit’s Availability for at least one hundred eighty (180) days to a level below the Unit Availability Limit immediately prior to the Force Majeure Event. • The amount of Energy that cannot be produced is the sum, for each Settlement Period during which the condition applicable to A, B or C above exists, of the difference between the Unit Availability Limit immediately prior to the condition and the Unit Availability Limit during the condition.

  • Termination Notice for Force Majeure Event If a Force Majeure Event subsists for a period of 180 (one hundred and eighty) days or more within a continuous period of 365 (three hundred and sixty five) days, either Party may in its discretion terminate this Agreement by issuing a Termination Notice to the other Party without being liable in any manner whatsoever, save as provided in this Article 34, and upon issue of such Termination Notice, this Agreement shall, notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, stand terminated forthwith; provided that before issuing such Termination Notice, the Party intending to issue the Termination Notice shall inform the other Party of such intention and grant 15 (fifteen) days time to make a representation, and may after the expiry of such 15 (fifteen) days period, whether or not it is in receipt of such representation, in its sole discretion issue the Termination Notice.

  • Indirect Cost Rates The System Agency may acknowledge an indirect cost rate for Grantees that is utilized for all applicable contracts. Grantee will provide the necessary financial documents to determine the indirect cost rate in accordance with the Uniform Grant Guidance (UGG) and Uniform Grant Management Standards (UGMS).
