POTENTIAL SUBCONTRACTORS Nothing contained in this Agreement or otherwise, shall create any contractual relation between the STATE and any subcontractors, and no subcontract shall relieve the PURCHASER of his responsibilities and obligations hereunder. The PURCHASER agrees to be as fully responsible to the State for the acts and omissions of its subcontractors and of persons either directly or indirectly employed by any of them as it is for the acts and omissions of persons directly employed by the PURCHASER. The PURCHASER’S obligation to pay its subcontractors is an independent obligation from the STATE’S obligation to make payments to the Contractor. As a result, the STATE shall have no obligation to pay or to enforce the payment of any moneys to any subcontractor.
Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.
Influenza Vaccination The parties agree that influenza vaccinations may be beneficial for patients and employees. Problem Solving Employees and supervisors are encouraged to attempt to resolve on an informal basis, at the earliest opportunity, a problem that could lead to a grievance. If the matter is not resolved by informal discussion, or a problem-solving meeting does not occur, it may be settled in accordance with the grievance procedure. Unless mutually agreed between the Employer and the Union problem-solving discussions shall not extend the deadlines for filing a grievance. If another member of management is present that person will not be hearing the grievance at Step Two, should it progress to that Step. The employee, the Union Xxxxxxx or in their absence, the Local Union President, or Area Xxxxxxx, or Chief Xxxxxxx, may participate in problem-solving activities on paid time, in accordance with Article 31, Union Rights, Section 1H.
Intrusion Detection All systems involved in accessing, holding, transporting, and protecting PHI COUNTY discloses to CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY that are accessible via the Internet must be protected by a comprehensive intrusion detection and prevention solution.
Innovative Scheduling Schedules which are inconsistent with the Collective Agreement provisions may be developed in order to improve quality of working life, support continuity of resident care, ensure adequate staffing resources, and support cost-efficiency.
