Problems definition

Problems means the cause of one or more Incidents.
Problems means any error, problem, or defect resulting from (1) incorrect functioning of the Licensed Product, or (2) an incorrect or incomplete statement or diagram in Documentation, in the case of each of (1) and (2), only if such error, problem or defect renders the Licensed Products inoperable, causes the Licensed Products to fail to meet the product description thereof (but not related to the success rate of the Licensed Product), or causes the Documentation to be inaccurate or incomplete in any material respect.

Problems means any failure of the Software to perform substantially in accordance with the Documentation.
