Technical and Organizational Measures The following sections define SAP’s current technical and organizational measures. Business and Operations Borrower will continue to engage in the businesses presently conducted by it as and to the extent the same are necessary for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation of the Property. Borrower will qualify to do business and will remain in good standing under the laws of each jurisdiction as and to the extent the same are required for the ownership, maintenance, management and operation of the Property.
Ratification and operation The provisions of this Agreement other than this Clause and Clauses 1, 2 and 3 shall not come into operation until the Xxxx referred to in Clause 3 has been passed by the Parliament of Western Australia and comes into operation as an Act.
