Power Booking. Dealer shall not overstate, misrepresent and/or inflate the description or value of any Vehicle accessories or attributes in connection with the Contract and/or funding relating to this Agreement (each such event, referred to as “Power Booking”). In the event that any such event of Power Booking occurs during the Term hereof, then Dealer shall be deemed to be in breach of this Agreement, and shall be liable, in addition to any other remedies as provided for under this Agreement and/or pursuant to law, be required to pay, in addition to the Repurchase Price, the difference between the outstanding amounts due for such Vehicle under the Contract and Loan and any revenues received by ABT Keystone through an auction sale of the Vehicle, as well as the overstated and/or inflated value of the Power Booking attributes as defined herein.

Power Booking. Overstate, misrepresent and/or inflate the description or value of any Vehicle accessories or attributes in any Contract (referred to as “Power Booking”). If Dealer includes any Power Booking on any Vehicle or any Additional Products sold in any Assigned Contract (a “Power Booking Default”), Dealer shall be in default of this Agreement and, without limiting any remedies available to CustomFin Auto, that Assigned Contract shall be subject to Repurchase as set forth below.

  • Switching System Hierarchy and Trunking Requirements For purposes of routing ECI traffic to Verizon, the subtending arrangements between Verizon Tandem Switches and Verizon End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements Verizon maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic (i.e., traffic will be routed to the appropriate Verizon Tandem subtended by the terminating End Office serving the Verizon Customer). For purposes of routing Verizon traffic to ECI, the subtending arrangements between ECI Tandem Switches and ECI End Office Switches shall be the same as the Tandem/End Office subtending arrangements that ECI maintains for the routing of its own or other carriers’ traffic.

  • System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number.   • Number Resources, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points 13.1 Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to limit or otherwise adversely affect in any manner either Party’s right to employ or to request and be assigned any Central Office Codes (“NXX”) pursuant to the Central Office Code Assignment Guidelines and any relevant FCC or Commission orders, as may be amended from time to time, or to establish, by Tariff or otherwise, Rate Center Areas and Routing Points corresponding to such NXX codes.

It ends when BellSouth’s Loop Facility Assignment and Control System (LFACS) responds electronically to the CLEC with the requested Loop Makeup data via the TAG Interface. LSRs submitted via LENs will be reflected in the results for the TAG interface.
