Power to Modify Foregoing Procedures. Notwithstanding any provision contained in this Declaration, the Trustees may prescribe, in their absolute discretion, such other means, methods, procedures or techniques for determining the per Share net asset value of a Class or Series thereof or the income of the Class or Series thereof, or for the declaration and payment of dividends and distributions on any Class or Series.
