Power to Retain Experts and Agents. to engage such persons as they consider advisable to assist in the management or administration of the Trust or a Plan including, without limitation, an agent, Administrative Agent, custodian, lawyer, accountant, actuary, financial or investment advisor or benefits consultant, manager, broker, surveyor, valuation expert and appraiser. The Trustees may delegate to such persons to the extent deemed advisable by the Trustees from time to time, including without limitation the authority to subdelegate any such authority, and pay to such persons out of the Fund any fees or charges thereby incurred;
