Common use of Powers Exercisable by Extraordinary Resolution Clause in Contracts

Powers Exercisable by Extraordinary Resolution. In addition to all other powers conferred upon them by any other provisions of this Indenture or by law, but subject to the prior written consent of each Principal Securities Exchange (to the extent required by the rules and regulations thereof), the Warrantholders at a meeting will have the power, exercisable from time to time, by Extraordinary Resolution:
