Powers of Litigation Trustee. Without limiting the generality of the above section 3.1, in addition to the powers granted in the Plan, the Litigation Trustee shall have the power to take the following actions on behalf of the Litigation Trust and any powers reasonably incidental thereto that the Litigation Trustee, in its reasonable discretion, deems necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the Litigation Trust, unless otherwise specifically limited or restricted by the Plan or this Agreement:
