Powers of the Chief Arbitrator in the Single Panel. Process (a) The Chief Arbitrator, in consultation with the parties, will have the power to: (i) appoint arbitrators; (ii) assign grievances for resolution; (iii) schedule hearing dates in consultation with the parties. Any of the Chief Arbitrator’s powers may be delegated to the Deputy Chief Arbitrator.
