Powers supplemental to Trustee Acts. The rights, powers, authorities and discretions given to the Security Agent under or in connection with the Finance Documents shall be supplemental to the Trustee Act 1925 and the Trustee Act 2000 and in addition to any which may be vested in the Security Agent by law or regulation or otherwise.
Powers supplemental to Trustee Acts. The rights, powers, authorities and discretions given to the Holding Period Trustee under or in connection with this Deed and the Restructuring Deed shall be supplemental to the Trustee Xxx 0000 and the Trustee Xxx 0000 (the "Trustee Acts") and in addition to any which may be vested in the Holding Period Trustee by law or regulation or otherwise.
Powers supplemental to Trustee Acts. The rights, powers and discretions conferred upon the Security Agent by this Agreement shall be supplemental to the Trustee Xxx 0000 and the Trustee Xxx 0000 and in addition to any which may be vested in the Security Agent by general law or otherwise.

The rights, powers, authorities and discretions given to the Mezzanine Security Agent under or in connection with the Finance Documents shall be supplemental to the Trustee Xxx 0000 and the Trustee Xxx 0000 and in addition to any which may be vested in the Mezzanine Security Agent by law or regulation or otherwise.

The rights, powers, authorities and discretions given to the Collateral Agent under or in connection with the Secured Agreements shall be supplemental to the Trustee Xxx 0000 and the Trustee Xxx 0000 and in addition to any which may be vested in the Collateral Agent by law or regulation or otherwise.

The rights, powers, authorities and discretions given to the UK Security Trustee under or in connection with the Loan Documents shall be supplemental to the Trustee Xxx 0000 and the Trustee Xxx 0000 and in addition to any which may be vested in the UK Security Trustee by law or regulation or otherwise.
