Practice Territory. 6 Section 1.27
Practice Territory. The term "Practice Territory" shall mean the ------------------ geographic area within which Provider provides Dental Care, which geographic area shall include all of the following territories: (a) with respect to each Clinic which offers general dentistry services only, the geographic area within a radius of 30 miles of such Clinic, and (b) with respect to each Clinic which offers specialty dental services, the geographic area within a radius of 50 miles of such Clinic.
Practice Territory. The term "Practice Territory" shall mean the ------------------ geographic area within a twelve and one-half (12-1/2) mile radius of any present and future locations of an Office of Practice.
Practice Territory. The term "Practice Territory" shall mean the geographic area described in Exhibit 1.26, representing the geographic boundaries in which the Practice renders Professional Eye Care Services.
Practice Territory. The Purchaser is actively engaged in the practice of general family and urgent care and ancillary medical services such as rehabilitation and physical medicine in various locations within the Dallas and Fort Worth metropolitan areas, and it is therefore agreed that the term of “Practice Territory” shall mean: a ten (10) mile radius of either Clinic. In the event that the provisions of this Section 1.2 are deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to exceed the time, geographic or scope limitations permitted by applicable law, then such provisions shall be reformed to the maximum time, geographic or scope limitations, as the case may be, permitted by applicable laws.
Practice Territory. The Purchaser is actively engaged in the practice of general family and urgent care and ancillary medical services such as rehabilitation and physical medicine in the clinics with locations specified in the Master Lease Agreement (defined in the Master Transaction Agreement) and it is therefore agreed that the term of “Practice Territory” shall mean: a ten (10) mile radius of any of such practice sites. In the event that the provisions of this Section 1.2 are deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to exceed the time, geographic or scope limitations permitted by applicable law, then such provisions shall be reformed to the maximum time, geographic or scope limitations, as the case may be, permitted by applicable laws. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Obligor may engage in such practice within the Practice Territory as necessary to provide continuing care and treatment to a specific patient or patients of the Obligor (with whom the Obligor treated prior to the Acquisition) during the course of an acute illness of said patient or patients.
Practice Territory. The term "Practice Territory" shall mean the ------------------ geographic area within a five-mile radius of: (a) 000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx 00, Xxxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx; or (b) in the event the principal location of the Office is relocated, such new location.
Practice Territory. The term "Practice Territory" shall mean the ------------------ geographic area within a seven and one-half (7-1/2) mile radius of any present or future locations of Practice; provided, however, that the Western boundary of the Practice Territory shall be the Mississippi River.
Practice Territory. The term "Practice Territory" shall mean the geographic area within a radius of ten (10) miles of any current or future facility from which PC provides Dental Services in Florida representing the specific geographic boundaries of the dental practice conducted by PC within its particular urban metropolitan area.
Practice Territory. The term "Practice Territory" shall mean the geographic area within the six counties consisting of Jefferson, Orange, Hardxx, Xxxxxx, Xxamxxxx xxx Liberty Counties and within a radius of thirty (30) miles of any current or future facility from which Medical Group provides Medical Services in Texas, representing the -6- 11 geographic boundaries of the medical practice conducted by Medical Group.
