Common use of Pre-approval of Plans and Specifications Clause in Contracts

Pre-approval of Plans and Specifications. Developer is prohibited from commencing work on any Public Improvement until all plans and specifications for such Public Improvement have been submitted to and approved by the City Engineer, or his or her designee. Approval by the City Engineer shall not relieve Developer from ensuring that all Public Improvements conform with all other requirements and standards set forth in this Agreement.
