Pre-Certification. If the Concept is approved, Publisher shall deliver to Microsoft a code-complete version of the Software Title or Online Content that includes all current features of the Software Title and such other content as may be required under the Xbox 360 Publisher Guide. Upon receipt, Microsoft shall conduct technical screen and/or other testing of the Software Title or Online Content consistent with the Xbox 360 Publisher Guide and will subsequently provide Publisher with advisory feedback regarding such testing.
Pre-Certification. At the Pre-Certification submission, Licensee shall deliver to Microsoft a version of the Online Features, and such other content as may be required by the Xbox Guide. Microsoft shall also conduct certain testing of the Online Features, which may vary depending on the nature of the Online Features. If applicable, Licensee shall also provide access to Licensee Game Servers and/or the Game Server software for Pre-Certification testing in accordance with the Xbox Guide. Online Features must receive satisfactory Pre-Certification testing results prior to the Software Title proceeding to Beta Trials. As set forth in the PLA, all feedback provided by Microsoft to Licensee as a result of Microsoft's Pre-Certification testing shall be advisory in nature. However, Licensee acknowledges that the Pre-Certification and Certification submissions evaluate different aspects of the Online Features and at different stages in Licensee's development schedule and therefore satisfactory feedback regarding Pre-Certification is not an indication that the Online Features will be approved following the Certification submission. Licensee shall be given the opportunity to resubmit Online Features that fail the Pre-Certification approval process. In Microsoft's discretion, Licensee may be charged a reasonable fee designed to offset the costs associated with the Pre-Certification testing of Software Titles in the event of resubmission(s).
Pre-Certification. Pre-certification of any hospital stay is mandatory with a non-compliance penalty of fifty percent (50%) of hospital facility charges.
Pre-Certification. Prior to beginning the assessment process, the Applicant will review the application materials, complete a DRAFT Compliance Certification Application Form, and submit this form by email to MISMO. The Applicant will also hold a preliminary conversation with MISMO to discuss the draft Application and any questions about the process or the MISMO Business Domains for which certification will be requested.
Pre-Certification. The Pre-Certification program consists of a review of proposed treatment involving inpatient or day admissions for surgical, medical, obstetric, pediatric, psychiatric and substance abuse cases, outside of a physician's office and as described in the Physician Group Handbook. Pre-Certification is required in advance as described in the Physician Group Handbook for all elective hospital admissions, surgical or invasive procedures, and high cost non-invasive services such as MRI, CT and other diagnostic services (excluding Emergencies). All elective admissions require Pre-Certification. For urgent or Emergency admissions, notification of Company is required as described in the Physician Group Handbook or as soon as is practicable.
Pre-Certification. Company may, at its discretion, submit a release candidate of the Client to a Certification Vendor to obtain initial Certification (“Pre-Certification”) pursuant to the criteria and processes set forth in the Certification Guidelines. As between the Parties, Company shall be responsible for all Pre-Certification fees charged by the Certification Vendor for Certification services. Any Client obtaining Pre-Certification shall still be required to receive Final Certification as described in this Section 3.
Pre-Certification. Section 4.1.2 of the Xbox 360 PLA is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows:

Upon receipt, Microsoft shall conduct technical screen and/or other testing of the Software Title consistent with the Xbox 2 Guide and will subsequently provide EA with advisory feedback regarding such testing.
Pre-Certification. Prior to being certified as a Trusted Publisher or a Boost Mobile Trusted Publisher, Company shall follow the procedures outlined in Sections 1 and 2 of this Exhibit B.

For each Software Title, EA may, at EA’s option, deliver to Microsoft a feature-complete version of the Software Title and such other content as may be required under the Durango Publisher Guide. Upon receipt thereof, Microsoft shall conduct technical screen and/or other testing of the Software Title consistent with the Durango Publisher Guide and will subsequently provide EA with advisory feedback regarding such testing. 5.6
