Pre-Construction Conference. Participate in a pre-construction conference prior to commencement of Work at the Site.
Pre-Construction Conference. A meeting or meetings including the Contractor’s key personnel, key subcontractors, the CEI or A/E (if applicable), County and others involved with the planning and execution of the Work, which shall take place prior to issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
Pre-Construction Conference. (5) A subcontractor submittal, including names and contact phone numbers.
Pre-Construction Conference. A pre-construction conference shall be held before the start of any work with Contractor and representatives of County to review all project drawings, specifications, methods, schedules, and related application requirements pertaining to the work; and, to establish mutual understanding of all procedures and precautions related to the proper prosecution of the work. County shall assure the completion of all required procedures by Contractor prior to the commencement of any work by Contractor including, but not limited to, insurance and bonding requirements, schedules, and contract documents.
