JOINT ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE. 29.1 A Joint Administrative Committee (JAC) consisting of three (3) representatives of each Party shall be established. Either Party may at any time, but with seven (7) days written notice, replace any of its representatives.
JOINT ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE. 11.1 The Parties to this Agreement shall establish a six (6) person Joint Administrative Committee (JAC). This JAC shall be comprised of one (1) representative of the LACMTA Construction Manager; one (1) representative of the LACMTA Administrative Services; one (1) representative of the prime contractor, and three (3) representatives of the signatory Unions to be appointed by the Council established to monitor compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Each representative shall designate an alternate who shall serve in his or her absence for any purpose contemplated by this Agreement.
11.2 The JAC shall meet as required to review the implementation of this Agreement and the progress of the Project and resolve problems or disputes by majority vote with such resolutions to be binding on all signatories of the Agreement as provided herein. A unanimous decision of the JAC shall be final and binding upon all Parties. However, the JAC shall have no authority to make determinations upon or to resolve grievances arising under this Agreement.
11.3 A quorum will consist of at least two (2) LACMTA and two (2) signatory union representatives. For voting purposes, only an equal number of LACMTA and signatory union representatives present may constitute a voting quorum.
JOINT ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE. 5.1 The parties to this PLA will form a Joint PLA Administrative Committee, hereinbefore referred to in Article 4 as the “Committee”, which shall serve in an advisory capacity to assist the parties in their implementation and interpretation of the PLA. Further, the Committee may amend the PLA, in accordance with the procedures identified herein. The purpose of the Committee shall be to promote harmonious relations on the Project, to ensure the provisions contained in this PLA are adhered to and to advance the efficiency, safety and quality of the crafts working on this Project. All parties acknowledge the importance of attendance and active support of the Committee and agree to participate in the meetings as required.
5.2 The Committee shall be comprised of representatives of the Unions and Management. For purposes of this Article, Management shall include: the Coordinator, the Contractor and FAST. The Committee shall be jointly chaired by two individuals, hereinafter referred to as the “Joint Chairs”, one who is a representative appointed by the Unions and one who is a representative of Management.
5.3 For purposes of making amendments to the PLA, the Unions will have one voice and Management will have one voice regardless of the number of actual representatives of the Unions and Management who are present. (The development of the Management voice will be by consensus.) Amendments to the PLA must be by mutual agreement of the Unions and Management who shall commit their agreement to writing and sign it.
5.4 The Committee shall meet on a regularly scheduled monthly basis or at the call of the Joint Chairs to discuss the administration of the PLA, the progress of the Project, labor/management problems that may arise, and any other matters consistent with this PLA.
5.5 The Committee procedures to be mutually agreed after the Committee convenes.
5.6 Language regarding additional responsibilities of the Coordinator to be added e.g. Pre-Job Conferences, by the Committee.
JOINT ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE. 15.1 The parties to this Agreement shall establish a four (4) person Joint Administrative Committee (JAC). The JAC shall be comprised of two (2) representatives designated by the TJPA and two (2) representatives of the Unions. Each representative shall designate an alternate who shall serve in her/his absence for any purpose contemplated by this Agreement.
15.2 The JAC shall meet as needed, but not less than once each quarter to review the implementation of this Agreement, the progress of the Project, and to resolve problems and/or grievances by majority vote with such resolutions to be binding on all signatories of the Agreement as provided herein. Any question regarding the meaning, interpretation, or application of the provisions of this Agreement may, by mutual consent, be referred directly to the JAC for resolution prior to such question being referred to arbitration in the event the JAC is unable to resolve the question. This provision shall not apply to disputes arising under Article 9.
15.3 The JAC shall have the authority to name, by consensus, replacement arbitrators for actions under either Article 9 or Article 17.
JOINT ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE. 14.01 The Employer agrees to pay into operative Health Benefits, and Pension Plans established by the Union. The amounts of Health Benefits, Pensions, contributions to be paid will be set out in the Wage Schedule. The Union agrees to supply the Contractors with information regarding the Health Benefits, Pension Plans and also administrative material that is required.

This Committee shall be comprised of three (3) representatives selected by the District and three (3) representatives selected by the Unions. Each representative shall designate an alternate who shall serve in his or her absence for any purpose contemplated by this Agreement.
12.2 The Joint Administrative Committee shall meet as requested by the Parties to review the implementation of the Agreement and the progress of the Projects. Any question regarding the meaning, interpretation, or application of the provisions of this Agreement shall be referred directly to the Joint Administrative Committee for review and recommendation.

This JAC shall be comprised of three (3) representatives selected by the Council and three (3) representatives selected by the County, or its designated representative, to be chaired jointly by a representative of the County and the Council. Each representative shall designate an alternate who shall serve in his or her absence for any purpose contemplated by this Agreement.
12.2 The JAC shall meet at the call of either of the joint chairs to discuss the implementation and administration ofthe Agreement, the progress ofthe Covered Projects, general labor management problems that may arise, and any other matters consistent with this Agreement. A unanimous decision of the JAC shall be final and binding upon all Parties. However, the JAC shall have no authority to make determinations upon or to decide grievances arising under this Agreement.
12.3 A quorum will consist of at least two (2) County and two (2) signatory Union representatives. For voting purposes, only an equal number of County and signatory Union representatives present may constitute a voting quorum.
JOINT ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE. 14.1 The Parties shall establish a six (6) person Joint Administrative Committee (“JAC”). The JAC shall be comprised of three (3) representatives designated by the Developer and/or the Primary Contractor, and the following Union representatives: the Secretary-Treasurer of the Council, the Vice President for Basic Crafts, and the Vice President for Subcrafts, or their designees. Each representative shall designate an alternate who shall serve in her/his absence for any purpose contemplated by this Agreement.
14.2 The JAC shall meet as needed to resolve grievances as described in the grievance and arbitration procedure described in Section 16.3, Step 3. The JAC may meet additionally at the request of the Council or the Developer. Should an individual affiliated Union believe that the exclusion in Section 4.3(h) has resulted in that Union being disproportionately impacted, the JAC shall convene to discuss an appropriate resolution.
JOINT ADMINISTRATIVE COMMITTEE. In order to ensure the terms of this Agreement are being fulfilled and concerns pertaining to the operation of this Agreement are addressed, the City and the Building Trades Council shall establish a Joint Administrative Committee comprised of an equal number of representatives from the City and the Building Trades Council. The Joint Administrative Committee shall meet on a periodic basis during the term of construction, at least semi-annually, to assess the implementation of this Agreement, review the progress of the Projects, and facilitate harmonious relations between the parties. Both the City and the Building Trades Council shall have the right to call a meeting of the Joint Administrative Committee.
