Pre-Construction Design Phase Fee and Costs. In full consideration of the Services performed by the DESIGN-BUILDER in connection with the pre-construction design phase of the Project, CITY hereby agrees to pay the DESIGN-BUILDER a fee as set forth on Exhibit C hereto (the “Schedule of Fees”). The DESIGN-BUILDER shall not be entitled to any other payments or reimbursements in connection with the pre-construction design phase of the Project.
