Common use of Pre-construction estimate Clause in Contracts

Pre-construction estimate. Recipient shall provide a pre-construction estimate based on the final design prior to any construction (labor and material) costs being considered eligible for reimbursement or reimbursed from Grant Funds. Project Costs will only be reimbursed through the design phase of Project until all applicable documentation is received. Recipient shall provide this documentation to ODOT’s ConnectOregon Program Manager.
