Common use of Pre-construction Submittals to Landlord Clause in Contracts

Pre-construction Submittals to Landlord. A minimum of ten (10) days prior to the commencement of construction, Tenant shall submit the following items to Landlord: (1) A certificate setting forth the proposed commencement date of construction and the estimated completion dates of construction work, fixturing work and projected opening date; (2) Certificates of all insurance required under the Lease and this Exhibit; (3) Copies of all building permits, and all other permits and approvals required by governmental agencies to construct the Tenant Improvements; and (4) Copies of the construction contract with Tenant’s Contractor.
