Pre-Departure Requirements. As a condition of participation, Student must comply with all pre-departure requirements established by DukeEngage by any applicable deadlines. A list of pre- departure requirements can be found on the DukeEngage website at xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxx.xxxx.xxx/policies-requirements/. In addition, DukeEngage may communicate additional pre-departure requirements to Student, and Parent or Guardian, through email or other forms of communication. If Student does not complete required pre-departure requirements, regardless of when Xxxx identifies the failure to comply, Xxxx will terminate Student’s participation in the Program.
