Common use of Pre-employment Inventions Clause in Contracts

Pre-employment Inventions. Employee shall completely identify on Exhibit A attached hereto, without disclosing any trade secret or other proprietary and confidential information, all Inventions and Developments made by Employee prior to his employment with Employer or prior to execution of this Agreement in which Employee has an ownership interest and which is not the subject matter of an issued patent or a printed publication at the time Employee executes this Agreement.

If no such list is provided, Employee represents and warrants that there are no such Investments and Developments.
