Pre-Employment Physical Examination and Periodic Health Evaluation. (i) The employer shall provide for a pre-employment physical examination for each new employee. The employer shall also provide for the employee a health evaluation in accordance with the Periodic Health Evaluation Standard produced by the Treasury Board of Canada. (ii) Provided that the employer has provided the employee with a reminder sixty (60) days in advance of the health evaluation anniversary, the employee will comply with the related requirements no later than thirty (30) days beyond the anniversary date.
