Pre-Existing Materials. Customer acknowledges that, in the course of performing the Services, Service Provider may use software and related processes, instructions, methods, and techniques that have been previously developed by Service Provider (collectively, the “Pre-existing Materials”) and that same shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Service Provider.
