PRE-JOB OR JOB CONFERENCE. 15.01 The Employer will notify the applicable Local Union when under- taking work in a geographic area other than the area in which he normally works. Except for an emergency situation, the company agrees to notify the local Union when working in their jurisdiction, in case of an emergency the company agrees to make its best effort to notify the local Union. 15.02 A pre-job conference may be called at the request of either party. 15.03 The provisions of Article 15.02 will not apply to emergency work.
