Pre-Opening Period Sample Clauses

The Pre-Opening Period clause defines the timeframe before a business or facility officially opens to the public or commences operations. During this period, activities such as staff training, installation of equipment, and final preparations are typically carried out to ensure readiness for opening. This clause is essential for setting clear expectations and responsibilities for both parties during the lead-up to opening, helping to prevent misunderstandings and ensuring a smooth transition into full operation.
