Pre-Replacement of Defective Hardware. Replacements for defective Hardware provided to Customer under this Agreement are sent on a pre-replacement basis when possible. If the replacement of a complete Appliance isis required, the replacement Appliance shall be shipped with Software unless an alternative course of action is mutually agreed upon by LogRhythm and Customer.
