Pre-Retirement Reduced Service Option. 12.3.1. Effective 2001-2002, employees who qualify under the terms of this article may reduce their workload from full to part-time, with retirement benefits (STRS) based on full-time employment. Retirement to STRS must be immediately following the conclusion of this, unless the District and AEA mutually agree otherwise.
