Pre-Retirement Workload Reduction Plan. A bargaining unit member may request to participate in a pre-retirement workload reduction plan, contingent upon the approval of the Ventura Unified School District. VUSD has the option to grant or deny this option to a bargaining unit member on a yearly basis.
