PREAMBLE AND CONTEXT. 1: STATEMENT OF INTENT This Agreement reflects the joint commitment of NRMA Motoring and Services ("Company"), its employees as prescribed in Clause 12 whose employment is subject to this Agreement and the New South Wales Local Government, Clerical, Administrative, Energy, Airlines and Utilities Union (the USU) to provide a level of operational performance which is aligned to the needs of customers, contributes to the long term viability of the company and hence, security of employment of its employees.
