Preamble and Schedules. The Preamble and the First, Second, Third and Fourth Schedules shall form part of this Agreement and shall be read, taken and construed as an essential part of this Agreement.

2.3 The rate and basis for calculation of the actual amount payable under this Agreement are as set out in the Consultant's proposal attached as Schedule "B".
