Preauthorized Electronic Funds Transfers and Direct Deposit. Preauthorized electronic funds transfers may be made into or from your Credit Union accounts. These may include preauthorized electronic funds transfers made to an account from a third party (such as Social Security or your employer) or from an account to a third party (such as a mortgage company or insurance premium payment, excluding xxxx payment transactions). If electronic funds transfers are made into or from your account, those payments may be affected by a change in your account status or if you transfer or lose your account. Upon instruction of (i) your employer, (ii) the Treasury Department, or (iii) other financial institutions, the Credit Union will accept direct deposits of your paycheck or of federal recurring payments, such as Social Security.
