Preauthorized Payments through the Bill Pay Service. You may use the Bill Pay Service to schedule bill payments to named payees/merchants from your designated checking account. The Institution reserves the right to refuse to make payments to certain merchants. You must designate named payees/merchants to which you want bill payments to be made and provide the Institution with account numbers and other information requested by the Institution to make sure your payments can be properly credited. By designating named payees/merchants and transmitting a payment instruction, you authorize the Institution to follow the payment instruction and transfer funds from your designated checking account to these merchants according to those instructions. If there are insufficient funds in your checking account (including funds available under any overdraft protection (transfer) plan or overdraft privilege service (ODP) or line of credit) to make the payments you have authorized, the Institution may refuse to make the payment or make the payment and thereby overdraw your account. In either event, you agree to be responsible for any non-sufficient funds ("NSF") items, including any overdraft/NSF charges that may apply in accordance with your Account Agreement(s).

  • PRE-AUTHORIZED PAYMENTS The Primary Cardholder is responsible for all pre-authorized payments (PAPs) charged to the Account. This includes PAPs charged to the Account before the Agreement is cancelled or after the Agreement ends, or charges by any Authorized User, or those that are made after an Authorized User Card has been cancelled, unless the merchant receives a written request from you to cancel the PAP before the PAP is charged to the Account. You must contact a merchant in writing if you want to cancel any PAP and then check the statement to confirm the PAP was cancelled. If the PAP was not cancelled, we may be able to assist you if you provide us with a copy of the written cancellation request you sent to the merchant. You must provide merchants with adequate, correct and up-to-date information for any PAPs, including if your Card number or Card expiry date changes. However, if you have a PAP with a merchant and your Card number or Card expiry date changes, you agree that we may, but we are not required to, provide that merchant with your new Card number or Card expiry date including by using the updating service provided to us through your Card’s payment card network. We are not responsible if any PAPs cannot be posted to the Account. You must settle any dispute or liability you may have for the Transactions relating to those PAPs directly with the merchant involved.

  • Remittance of Union Dues The amounts deducted in accordance with Article 12.01, shall be remitted to the Secretary-Treasurer of the Union by cheque within a reasonable time after deductions are made and shall be accompanied by particulars identifying each employee and the deductions made on his behalf.

  • CERTIFIED PAYROLL Contractor and Contractor’s subcontractor(s) shall comply with all applicable provisions of Labor Code Sections 1776 and 1812, which relate to preparing and maintaining accurate payroll records, and making such payroll records available for review and copying by District, DIR’s Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and DIR’s Division of Apprenticeship Standards (including any required electronic submission of records). Payroll records shall include all information required by applicable law, including, but not limited to, name, address, social security number, work week and actual per diem wages paid to each journeyman, apprentice, worker or other employee retained by Contractor in connection with the Work. The payroll records shall be certified, maintained at Contractor’s principal offices, and made available as required pursuant to Labor Code Section 1776. Contractor shall inform District of the location at which the payroll records are maintained, including the street address, city, and county, and shall, within five (5) working days, provide a notice of any change of location and address. Contractor and any subcontractor that fails to timely comply with requests for certified payroll records shall forfeit, as a penalty to District, One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for each calendar day, or portion thereof, for each worker, until strict compliance is effectuated, and, in addition to penalties as provided by law, may be subject to debarment pursuant to Labor Code Section 1771.1. In addition, Contractor and Contractor’s subcontractor(s) shall comply with Labor Code Section 1771.4(a)(3), which relates to providing the payroll records directly to the Labor Commissioner.

  • Distributions; Xxxxxx Xxx Guaranty On or before each Determination Date (or as soon thereafter as is reasonably practicable), Xxxxxx Mae shall calculate the Lower Tier Distribution Amount for the current calendar month. On each Distribution Date, Xxxxxx Xxx shall withdraw from the Certificate Account the portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount distributable thereon and shall make the distributions to the Holders of the related Lower Tier Regular Classes in the respective amounts and in the applicable manner determined pursuant to Section 2.02. In the event that the amount on deposit in the Certificate Account on any Distribution Date shall be less than the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount distributable thereon, Xxxxxx Mae shall provide from its own funds the amount of any such insufficiency. In addition, in the event that (i) the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount shall be insufficient to pay all interest due and payable on the related Lower Tier Regular Classes on such Distribution Date or (ii) such Distribution Date is a Final Distribution Date for any Class and the distribution on such Distribution Date of the applicable portion of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount will not be sufficient to reduce the Class Balance of such Class to zero on such Final Distribution Date, then Xxxxxx Xxx shall (a) withdraw from the Certificate Account, such amount as shall be necessary to remedy such insufficiency and (b) to the extent that funds in the Certificate Account shall be insufficient therefor, apply its own funds towards remedying the same.
