Preconditions of Effectiveness. This Second Amendment shall become effective only upon the execution by the Borrower and the Lender, and approval by any other third party required by the Lender.
Preconditions of Effectiveness. This Fifth Amendment shall become effective only upon receipt by the Lender of: (i) an executed and delivered copy of this Fifth Amendment; (ii) copies of required Borrowing (or other) entity resolutions and certifications as required by the Lender; and (iii) any other documents reasonably required by the Lender.

This Third Amendment shall become effective only upon receipt by the Lender of: (i) an executed and delivered copy of this Third Amendment; (ii) an executed and delivered copy of the Third Amended; (iii) an executed and delivered copy of the Negative Pledge Agreement; (iv) copies of required Borrowing (or other) entity resolutions and certifications as required by the Lender; and (iv) any other documents reasonably required by the Lender.
Preconditions of Effectiveness. This Amendment shall only become effective upon execution by the Borrower and the Bank, and approval by all guarantors (if any) and any other third party required by the Bank.
