Preconstruction Phase Tasks. 1. CONSULTANT shall perform reviews of construction drawings and specifications at varies levels of design, as assigned by the CITY with focus on constructability of the project. At a minimum, the CONSULTANT shall provide and log comments regarding the plans, specifications, and construction cost estimate in an Excel Workbook, provided by CITY. Comments should at a minimum include feedback on measurement and payment, sequencing, schedule, temporary facilities, constructability, and required contractor qualifications.
