Preexisting Relationship with Company; Business and Financial Experience. By reason of its business or financial experience or the business or financial experience of its professional advisors who are unaffiliated with the Company and who are not compensated by the Company, the Purchaser has the capacity to protect its own interests in connection with the purchase of the Units. Purchaser is an “accredited investor” as defined in Rule 501(a) under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (“Securities Act”).
