Preferential Procurement. 6.5.1 The Seller undertakes to the Buyer that it will procure compliance with the Committed Obligations in relation to the Preferential Procurement element in Annex 6 (Preferential Procurement Element Obligations). 6.5.2 The Quarterly Obligations, in respect of Preferential Procurement, are contained in Annex 10 (Quarterly Obligations).
