Pregnancy and Parental Supplemental Unemployment Benefit (SUB) Plan. (a) After completion of thirteen (13) weeks' continuous employment, a nurse who provides the Employer with proof that she has applied for and is in receipt of Employment Insurance Pregnancy benefits pursuant to Section 22, Employment Insurance Act, 1996, shall be paid a Supplemental Unemployment Benefit.
