Common use of Preliminary Inspections Clause in Contracts

Preliminary Inspections. Preliminary inspections of all Work may be made by Customer or its designated representative at Contractor's or a Subcontractor's facility. All such inspections shall be made in the presence of a representative of Contractor. In the event Customer informs Contractor in writing of any Defects in the Work, Contractor shall remedy such Defects pursuant to the procedures to remedy Defects as set forth in Article 13 (Corrective Measures in Unlaunched Satellites and Other Deliverable Items).
