Preliminary Plans and Specifications. Promptly after execution of the Lease, Tenant shall retain a licensed and insured architect ("Architect") to prepare preliminary working architectural and engineering plans and specifications ("Preliminary Plans and Specifications") for the Tenant Improvements.
