Common use of Preliminary Relief Clause in Contracts

Preliminary Relief. Nothing in this Annex A shall preclude either party from seeking provisional or conservatory measures (including, without limitation, preliminary injunctions to prevent breaches of this Agreement) in aid of arbitration from any court of competent jurisdiction.
