Preliminary Relief. Nothing in this Annex A shall preclude either party from seeking provisional or conservatory measures (including, without limitation, preliminary injunctions to prevent breaches of this Agreement) in aid of arbitration from any court of competent jurisdiction. In addition, the arbitral panel may, at the request of a party, order provisions or conservatory measures (including, without limitation, preliminary injunctions to prevent breaches of this Agreement) and, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, the parties shall be able to enforce the terms and provisions of such orders in any court having jurisdiction.
