Common use of Preliminary Services Clause in Contracts

Preliminary Services. 2.2.1 Design-Builder will collaborate with Owner in developing Owner's Project Criteria describing Owner's program requirements and objectives for the Project. Owner's Project Criteria shall include Owner's use, space, price, time, site, performance and expandability requirements and any other elements necessary to establish the basis of design.

Owner's Project Criteria shall include Owner's use, space, priceMaximum Allowable Design and Construction Cost (MADCC), time, site, performance and expandability requirements and any other elements necessary to establish the basis of design.

Owner's Project Criteria shall include Owner's use, space, price, time, site, performance and expandability requirements. These documents define Owner’s design intent for the Project. Owner's Project Criteria may also include design documents and specifications, design performance specifications and other technical materials and requirements and any other elements necessary to establish the basis of designprepared by or for Owner.

Owner's Project Criteria shall include Owner's use, space, price, time, site, performance and expandability requirements based on a GC/CM Design Development set of documents created by Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx dated 08 June, 2017.. These documents define the Owner’s design intent for the Project. Owner's Project Criteria may include design documents and any specifications, design performance specifications and other elements necessary to establish the basis of designtechnical materials and requirements prepared by or for Owner.
