Common use of Premises Relocation Clause in Contracts

Premises Relocation. Landlord reserves the right from time to time to substitute for the Premises other premises (“New Premises”) so long as (a) the new premises are similar to the Premises in square footage; (b) Landlord gives Tenant at least sixty (60) days notice before making such change;
