Common use of Premises Signage Clause in Contracts

Landlord shall provide and install, at Landlord’s expense, letters or numerals at the main entrance to the Premises to identify Tenant’s name and Building address; all such letters and numerals shall be in the building standard graphics and no others shall be used or permitted on the Premises.
