Premises Visits. The Employer agrees that Union Representatives, as defined in Article 1.4 (a) may visit the Employer’s premises and confer with employees under proper authority of the Employer, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Union agrees to follow the Employer’s policy “Premises Visits Protocol”, during all Union Representative visits to the Employer’s premises.
