PREMIUM CONDITIONS/MINIMUM TERMS. (Article VI) 102. The provisions of this Agreement relating to hours, wages and working conditions are intended to establish minimum terms for the hiring of employees subject to this Agreement. As long as the Medical Center meets these minimum terms with respect to such employment, it has fully performed its obligations under this Agreement. This Agreement is not intended to preclude or discourage the hiring of employees under terms more favorable to them. Accordingly, if any employees are hired under more favorable terms, this shall be a matter of individual arrangement with such employees and such arrangements may be established, eliminated, or changed at any time without relation to this Agreement.

  • Minimum Terms This Agreement contains the minimum terms and conditions of employment or purchase to which the Writer is entitled. Except for credits for screen authorship, the Writer and Company are free to negotiate and contract for more favorable terms and conditions of employment than the minimum terms provided in this Agreement or the MBA.
