Premium Edition. Premium Edition includes the Standard Edition server software identified above and Premium server software. You may run, at any one time, one instance of each of the following server software in one physical or virtual OSE on the licensed server(s). • Management server software • Security server software • Messaging server software • Premium server software Premium server software includes Windows Server 2008 Standard and SQL Server 2008 Standard. For Premium server software, the following exceptions apply: • Windows Server 2008 Standard: If you elect to run the instance of this component in a virtual OSE, you may run one additional instance in the physical OSE on the same licensed server within the Windows EBS 2008 domain only to: • run hardware virtualization software • provide hardware virtualization services • run software to manage and service OSEs on the licensed server. You may also run an instance of Windows Server 2003 R2 in place of any of the permitted instances of Windows Server 2008 Standard. • SQL Server 2008 Standard: You may run, at any one time, any number of instances of this component in one physical or virtual OSE within the Windows EBS 2008 domain. You may also run an instance of SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition in place of any of the permitted instances of SQL Server 2008 Standard. Please note that the software or your hardware may limit the number of instances of the server software you can run. • SQL Server 2008 Standard Fail-over Rights. For any operating system environment in which you run permitted instances of the server software, you may run up to the same number of passive fail-over instances in a separate operating system environment in the Windows EBS 2008 domain for temporary support. You may run the passive fail-over instances on a server other than the licensed server.
Premium Edition. The Premium Edition provides a customizable solution designed for complex GHG data management and ESG reporting needs of enterprise Clients. It includes optional capabilities like Value Chain Surveys and Assessments and Supply Chain Intelligence Components. The Premium Edition also provides for the ability to scale to higher volumes of Accounts.
