Editions. Any reference to a Licensed Software product in this License Agreement shall also apply to such products various editions or variants except where otherwise specifically stated. For example, the terms and conditions applicable to Silk Test also apply to Silk Test Premium.

Editions. The Cloud Service includes access to the Network. There are two types of memberships: SAP Logistics Business Network, freight collaboration option and SAP Logistics Business Network, basic or B2B membership. In addition, a subscription to SAP Logistics Business Network, freight collaboration option test tenant allows Customer to set up a test network involving applications for different roles, which is limited to non-productive usage and supports up to 10,000 Documents. No personal data may be processed in the test tenant.
Editions. LATITUDE recommends for situations when print-to-print consistency is paramount, that the Client requests their order be printed as a Closed Edition. Service Bureau Print Orders printed as a Closed Edition must be printed to a predetermined number of prints on the same substrate, with the same equipment and ink set, in a single production run as a single Service Bureau Order. Once the Service Bureau Order has been deemed complete, LATITUDE is not liable to match color, tone, rendition, or likeness of any work(s) produced as part of a Closed Edition and any subsequent prints must be made as part of a separate order and edition, closed or otherwise. LATITUDE can provide services to assist a client in matching the color, tone, and general appearance of a previous print made at LATITUDE or otherwise. The Client will incur Advanced Visualization fees as part of their Service Bureau Order if Print Matching is desired. LATITUDE makes no guarantee that any Advanced Visualization will perfectly reproduce any preexisting original including but not limited to prints, scanned images, and
Editions. The Cloud Service is structured into Consumption Models called Editions. Each Edition has defined Components and Add-ons that are available for purchase. If usage expansion is available, it is defined in the Component Usage table. Limitations and exclusions by Edition are defined in the Component / AddOn by Edition table below.
Editions. There are two editions of the Software; both editions are subject to this Agreement. The first edition is the Standard Edition of the Software, the second edition is the Extended Edition. The Proof of Entitlement letter states the Software Edition to which You are licensed. Upon installing, upgrading, registering or using any edition of the Software, you are reaffirming that you are bound to the terms of this Agreement. PRODUCT DELIVERY Product delivery is by way of License Keys emailed on receipt of payment. The License Keys unlock the Software file downloadable from Cardett's website xxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx. The License Keys are included in a letter giving Proof of Entitlement to the license, which letter Cardett will provide to You promptly following receipt of payment.
